Eclection is a unique women’s shop in the historic Byward Market Building. We carry a smart and varied selection of hats, jewellery, clothing and accessories, specializing in the work of Canadian artists and designers.

The jewellery collection is all handmade by over twenty artists, all differing in their choice of materials, and aesthetic vision, in an exciting array of styles. Many of the hats are handmade too, and go from funky to elegant in beautiful and suprising fabrics. Seasonal straws are plentiful during the Spring and Summer, while knitted hats, scarves, and arm warmers by local knitting geniuses, are available year round. Clothing designers who make recycled fashions and artists who make wildly creative accessories, expand and enhance our collection, as do our line of hemp and bamboo separates. Plan to take some time checking it all out.
