SUMMER HOURS - Open every day from 10 am to 5 pm, Thursdays until 8 pm. Admission fees apply. Free admission to the NGC collection on Thursdays after 5 pm. Free admission for children under 12 and Members of the NGC.

For budding artists aged 3 and up, accompanied by an adult. No registration required. Bilingual. Included with Gallery admission.
TINY TOTS - REGISTER NOW - Fridays 17 and 24 July from 10:30 – 11:30 am
Activities for ages 3 to 5 accompanied by an adult. Bilingual. Cost per workshop: Children $5, adults $6. Registration required at 613-998-8888.
FAMILY FUN DAY - Sunday 19 July from 11 am to 4 pm
A day inspired by nature and everything that creeps, crawls and slithers. For children ages 3 and up accompanied by an adult. No registration required. Included with Gallery admission. Bilingual.

MINI TALK - Thursday 9 July at 12:15 pm - Gustav Klimt (1862–1918), Hope I, 1903, by Robert Sauvé. Meet in the Great Hall. Included with Gallery admission. Thursdays 16 and 23 July at 12:15 pm - Jean-Siméon Chardin (1699–1779), The Return from the Market, 1738, by Marti Todd. Included with Gallery admission.
Drawing Workshop: Secrets of the Old Masters - REGISTER NOW - 11 July 2009.
A one day intensive introduction to the drawing techniques of the old masters with the artist Pauline Bradshaw. Cost: $ 100, Members $90. Registration required.
LECTURE - Sunday 12 July at 1:30 pm
Jerry Fielder, Curator and Director of the Estate of Yousuf Karsh will give a lecture on Karsh in the Auditorium. In conjunction with the Yousuf Karsh and Edward Steichen: The Art of the Celebrity Portrait. Cost: Adults: $5, seniors and full-time students: $4 and Members: $3. Gallery admission not included.

Canadian History through Song and Storytelling
In this audio and verbal description tour of the Canadian collection. Registration required by July 16. Cost: $6.
