Organic Ocean was started 7 years ago as a way for a small group of fishermen to keep high quality, sustainably harvested wild seafood in Canada, and to make it available to Chefs who are fully committed to sharing the same values. Organic Ocean was one of the first fish companies ever to be certified 100% OceanWise, and all of their fish are caught with 'hook and line' or 'traps', no nets involved.
