Join us on March 26th for a not-to-be-missed opportunity to meet and chat with "Fisherman Frank" Keitsch from Organic Ocean. The 4-course dinner created by Executive Chef Michael Hay will include fish and seafood sourced exclusively from Organic Ocean, including Ling Cod, Spot Prawns, Qualicum Bay Scallops, and Sockeye Salmon. "Fisherman Frank" will be on hand to provide entertaining stories about catching and serving each item.
Organic Ocean was started 7 years ago as a way for a small group of fishermen to keep high quality, sustainably harvested wild seafood in Canada, and to make it available to Chefs who are fully committed to sharing the same values. Organic Ocean was one of the first fish companies ever to be certified 100% OceanWise, and all of their fish are caught with 'hook and line' or 'traps', no nets involved. Fisherman Frank is passionate about fishing and sustainability, and is also very entertaining! We look forward to welcoming him to Ottawa and to sharing a meal with him.
