2025 ANNUAL REPORT

The ByWard Market District Authority’s 2025 Annual Report highlights a year of renewed momentum, stronger operations and continued investment in the public spaces that shape the ByWard Market District and Parkdale Public Market.

In 2025, the District welcomed 25.57 million visits, recorded its strongest single-year recovery since the pandemic, expanded programming across all seasons, strengthened safety and stewardship initiatives, and continued building the organizational capacity needed to deliver on its mandate.
