As a Night Ambassador, you serve as a visible and welcoming presence in the ByWard Market District on Friday and Saturday nights from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The role focuses on public safety, community connection, and information sharing. Working in pairs, you conduct wellness checks, assist vulnerable individuals, de-escalate conflict, and help visitors navigate the area. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations. Training and uniform provided.
