Thank you for your interest in activating public space in the ByWard Market. At this time, we are no longer accepting new event applications for the spring and summer season.

In the meantime, we invite you to follow our social channels and subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about upcoming announcements, including when the 200th anniversary application intake period officially opens.

We are still accepting submissions for smaller, community-level activations and community stands. If you have an idea you’d like us to consider, please visit the Community Stands page for more details or email events@bmda.ca with a brief overview of your concept, and our team will follow up.
