Working closely with the City of Ottawa and a broad network of contractors, consultants, vendors, and community partners, the Operations Director plays a central role in delivering infrastructure improvements, coordinating complex operational activities, supporting organizational growth, and building systems that strengthen long-term service delivery. 

Reporting to the Executive Director, the position oversees infrastructure projects, coordinates with contractors and liaises with City Services and is equally responsible for day-to-day operational continuity, seasonal readiness, and supporting the BMDA’s frontline teams.
